Drobinka: A Change in heart is a perfect story to illustrate in a child-friendly fashion how a shy and disregarded person can become happy and caring without changing his/her own appearance, let alone the whole world.
Far from a happy-clappy “Feel good!” message, it acknowledges the pain and encourages down-to-earth solutions.
The questions and small tasks following the story help the young reader to translate the message into his/her own life. In this way the book becomes a practical workbook for school, home or children groups.
